Cut and Edge Department
We are proud to announce that our new beam saw has been installed and is fully operational. Not only will the turn around time for cutting and edging be reduced but the accuracy and quality of cut will be vastly improved.
The BIESSE SEKTOR 430 uses the latest state of the art technology to ensure precision and efficiency. Boards up to 4.3m long can be processed with a maximum depth of cut of 70mm. The blade carriage has a maximum speed of 100m/minute. Board optimisation is done using Optiplan software to maximise the utilisation of the boards required.
